A Readers Recipe: Chocolate Chickpea Protein Snacks (fitsugar)

Inspired by Jessica Seinfeld’s recipe in **Stealthily Scrumptious**, following a
couple of models and component tweaks, I cracked the code to some not-too-sweet, soft,
and tasty chocolate nick cookie, with, wait for this . . . chickpeas. Yes,
protein and fiberlicious chickpeas. You are able to almost hear the “Hallelujah”
chorus, can’t you?
Should you not have palm sugar (acquire some), you are able to substitute it with brown
sugar. Why palm sugar? Produced from coconut tree nectar, it’s naturally have less
the index list, and therefore it will not spike your bloodstream sugar like whitened or
