vitamin B6?
Before the my obgyn had me on vitamin B6 for mornig sickness. I do not recall the dose. Anybody know? I’ve a scheduled appointment per week, however i hate to hold back that lengthy.

You’ll find B6 at the local GNC or health store (most places like Wal-Mart or Meijer’s don’t make it usually.) My physician explained to consider one pill each day to begin. In my opinion you are able to take more, but I’d simply take the main one, daily to ascertain if it relieves the morning sickness.
I had been sick for that first 15 days of my pregnancy and *nothing* appeared to assist. Ginger root, crackers, tea, flat soda- everything just returned up. But, the positive thing I discovered concerning the B6 is it assisted a great deal with my energy. I felt a bit more energetic after i was taking it, and that is amazing for that first trimester. *L*
